Understanding our feelings and learning to live with them without reacting is what I have been learning from Kishor sir. It is very, very difficult to practice, because for years we have been reacting to our emotions sometimes hurting our loved ones and even ourselves. Later, when we realize and come to our senses, guilt follows, which feels even worse. This pattern has been with us since childhood and has become a habit, so it cannot disappear all at once. From my own experience, I have learned that with continuous self-effort and awareness, it is possible to slowly overcome these childhood habits.

All thanks to Kishor sir for his guidance and patience, never showing irritation even when the process is taking so long.
